3, 5 & 7 Molonglo Drive
Building 3, 5 & 7 consists of five floors of open plan office tenancy with two floors of undercover car parking. These have a total single tenancy NLA of 34,000m². The building has a full complement of building services and data handling capacities. The offices are designed to achieve a minimum of '5 Star' as built NABERS rating and '5 Star' Green Star rating.
Unique features include a tri generation facility located within the building which will provide increased energy efficiency to both mechanical and electrical plant.
