Fairbairn Office Park

Construction Control was engaged by Canberra International Airport as Project Managers to design and construct the award-winning Fairbairn Office Park. The project involved the construction of five multi-storey office buildings, with extensive fit-outs for Government tenants.

The buildings totalled 26,000m² NLA and are all designed to achieve a 4.5 NABERS rating.
