Industry House

Culminating in the occupation of the integrated Office Fitout, Childcare Centre Fitout, Café and above ground car parks, the project lead the beginning of the renaissance of commercial building in the city centre. This resurgence of large scale occupation in the city presented challenges and opportunities for the Client Group, Design Team and Builder.

The 25,000m² GFA structure boasts a modular Curtain Wall cladding system, maximising appeal, vision and reflectivity while minimising thermal loading that would threaten the '4.5 Star' NABERS goal. Offering the Department of Tourism, Industry and Resources (the tenant) accommodation that could perform functionally and efficiently while maintaining appeal and comfort was paramount.
