Majura Office Park

The development consisted of a series of five main building structures incorporating three five level commercial office buildings, one amenities building and a Central Services Building (CSB) in a staged pattern to suit the Clients leasing goals.

In addition to the structures, the works also included major infrastructure works as the site was a complete green field canvas with no existing servicing, along with a substantial road works and landscaping stage. The Central Services Building houses one of Australia’s largest Tri-generation plants where heating, cooling and electricity is generated to serve the adjoining buildings within the development.
