ActewAGL

The fit out for ActewAGL is in a newly constructed building on the Civic Theatre site. The fit out works proper covered the Ground Floor through to and including Level 6 with some additional plant equipment and modifications to the Level 6 Plant Room.

Works to the project combines all Administration, Facilities Management, Legal, Financial and Executive services for ActewAGL Distribution and ActewAGL Retail in the one building. This tenancy fit out has been assigned a number of performance protocols which reflect the usage patterns consistent with a Five (5) Star NABERS model. The fit out has been designed to achieve a Four (4) Star Green Star accreditation.
