Construction Control practices and supports sustainable construction during the design and delivery of buildings and structures.

As part of our commitment, we constantly review the use of products to be incorporated into structures for low environmental impact during manufacture, long life cycle in the built form and impact on users to determine product suitability and sustainability.

We employ several staff members who are qualified under the Green Building Council of Australia in Green Star assessment of design and built practices as well as knowledge of the NABERS energy efficiency requirements for built structures.

Construction Control has been involved with many of our stakeholders in assessing the needs of the built forms to ensure the expectations of the stakeholders are met and exceeded without major impact to the cost and usability.

Our sustainability commitment is to provide:

  • Greater satisfaction and increased well being.
  • Value to customers and users.
  • Respect with treatment of stakeholders equally and fairly.
  • Protection for the natural environment.
  • Minimisation of impact on the consumption of energy and natural resources.
