The “Cosmopolitan Building” at 21 Bowes Place is an
existing commercial building which comprises of 7 levels inclusive of a single story basement carpark (Level 1) and a plant room (level 7).
Upgrades to the Base Building and Fitout were undertaken on Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 for Michalis Holdings & Access Canberra, covering a NLA of 4527 square meters. The building has existing tenants on levels 2, 3 & 6, upgrades to these tenanted areas were not part of the scope of works.
The building is primarily office accommodation on levels 4 & 5 holding approximately 285 functional workstations as well as activity based fitness/communal areas, tea points and meeting rooms.
Level 3 is the main Access Canberra shopfront area for the general public to access whist still comprising of approximately 30 workstations and a general tea point for staffed personnel.
Level 2 is known as the “End of Trip” which is made up of
male and female toilets/showers, locker and bike storage facilities.
Level 1 is the basement car parking facility. This also houses the main building distributer & communications room.
