The 9 Molonglo project consists of one six-storey commercial office space building (plus a single-story basement) with a total floor area of approximately 24,650m².

The building will be constructed as a full curtain wall façade concrete structure with a central atrium space, roof top plant and back of house services with a warm shell base building fitout.
