This project involves the rectification of approximately 700 passive fire penetrations that were deemed non-compliant in a 2021 audit of the premises. The entire façade is also being repainted including the structural steel feature on Constitution Ave. The final part of the scope of works is the replacement of existing light fittings within the building with more efficient and modern LED light fittings
