Construction Control was engaged under the Managing Contractor contract by the ACT Government to undertake the planning and delivery of an extension to the existing AMC Accommodation Facilities (AMC-AF).

The Kingsborough development located on the Kingston foreshore is a subdivision of approx. 13,000 square meters. A wide variety of Architecture will be applied featuring several apartment buildings, terraces and commercial space bound by a Community Title that will respect the heritage of the area.

Construction Control QLD has recently been awarded the design stage of “The Cosmopolitan Cotton Tree”. The project will consist of 143 luxurious apartments, across 7 residential levels, set in a premier riverfront location, directly opposite the Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
